St. Jacob's Farmers' Market

I think it's worthwhile in any season to drive an hour from home for the best meat and maple syrup. Here's my favourite butcher. His veal and bison roasts are so tender and delicious.

I also picked up some lovely buckwheat pasta that I'm eager to try. Sorry, that there are no pictures of the Mennonite farmers who sell the maple syrup.
