Margherita Pizza


Homemade pizza is best. And I had a hankering for Margherita Pizza.


With lots of grilled veggies.


Homemade pizza dough made with "00" flour, which is fine as talc. Perfect for a silky crust. And a heaping spoonful of sea salt.


And fresh cheese. (No, those aren't my hairy arms doing the grating.)


When it was ready, hunger won and the camera was forgotten. Here's a picture of the leftovers.
