Spooky!!! To answer your question about the custard tarts Clivia. You roll up the pastry really tight and then cut it into 1 1/2 inch wide slices, then you place the slices upright into the muffin tins, and press it out with your fingers to form a crust, or what may even be easier, place it upright between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to a flat round with a rolling pin! HOpe this makes sense!
