TWD - Low and Lush Chocolate Cheesecake

What happens when you mix cream cheese, eggs and a double helping of chocolate?

Bluebirds of happiness appear!

This recipe was a complete success. I doubled the amount of chocolate suggested in the recipe and got a rich creamy result. Of course, we all had a piece within hours and it was fine. The next day was much better. The flavour had grown to a perfect balance of cheese and chocolate.

Thanks to The Tea Lady of the blog Tea and Scones for choosing this dessert. Her blog has the easy to follow recipe (no water bath!) and some lovely photos.

  13. Yes, I think a little more chocolate would have made it better even tho' it was good. Yours looks beautiful with the whipped cream (?) trim.

  20. I'm not a huge cheesecake fan, but with double the chocolate, I would happily join you for a slice of this one. Maybe with a bit of hot fudge drizzled over the top, too? :-)
