What happens when you mix cream cheese, eggs and a double helping of chocolate?
Bluebirds of happiness appear!
This recipe was a complete success. I doubled the amount of chocolate suggested in the recipe and got a rich creamy result. Of course, we all had a piece within hours and it was fine. The next day was much better. The flavour had grown to a perfect balance of cheese and chocolate.
