TWD - Dressy Chocolate Loaf Cake
This was everything my family enjoys in a cake. It was dense, moist and had a deep chocolate flavour. Before we could settle the debate over the need (or not) for the raspberry jam layers, the cake was gone.
As you can see from the photo, I'm not the best at judging where to cut the layers. The fact that the moist centre layer started to crumble, didn't help. I just slapped on the jam as quickly as I could and put it all back together.
