TWD - Tarte Noire
Tarte Noire, a delicious dessert. Ganache is pretty much a no-fail filling. Warm cream is poured over good chocolate (I used Lindt 70%). Butter is added. The whole thing comes together with little stirring. Finally, it is poured into the waiting crust. Chocolate filling cried out for chocolate crust, so that's what I made. A simple dessert. Slices taken and it's gone.
