TWD - Double Apple Bundt Cake
This was a great moist bundt cake. Along with diced apples, I added walnuts and golden raisins. The recipe called for apple butter, but having none, I substituted pureed bananas. The texture of the cake was perfect and there was no overpowering banana flavour. This one's definitely going in the baking rotation.
